The buggiest stay I’ve ever had

The only positives was an easy check in and proximity to food. This hotel is not updated at all, the toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor, the room has bed bugs.

Conveniently located to the UAB campus and the music venues in that area. It was quiet. Nice tv, but remote wasn't matched up well enough to look at tv guide, etc. Great space for just catching a night's rest.

I reserved a room on Hotels.com and had an itinerary number and everything. When I showed up to the property, they had no information for me in the system, even though I was looking at my reservation on the app. They didn’t even have a room that I could have paid for. I wound up not being able to to even find a room anywhere else because of the very event that I was in town for. We wound up just turning around and driving the 1.5 hours back home. Terrible experience.

I stayed one night passing through. The price was right. There was a mini-fridge and a microwave that worked. The room was pretty standard for an eco hotel. The floor in the hotel room needed some cleaning.

I liked the convenience of the area location and that I felt safe. But it was very difficult getting in and out of the parking lot. It wasn’t run down or up to do. It wasn’t dirty but not really clean looking. The price was a good deal and would stay there again if in that area.

It was cheap and thats what I needed. There was a stain on the sheet. The service was good. They knew I needed towels and I didnt have to ask. At night I was impressed at how well it was lit.
