We would never return to this La Quinta again. Given a room, arrived at the room, and the room had not even been made up or cleaned. Went downstairs, reported the situation, then got another room. This one was clean and had new towels. However, that was the last time it was cleaned and/or made up. We found someone in the hall with clean towels and asked if we could have two, but was told they were only hand towels and that the other towels had not been washed yet. This happened at about 1:00 PM (mind you check-in is at 3:00PM). The only saving grace was a housekeeper by the name of Dora, who was absolutely fantastic!! The place was also overrun by dogs, which are permitted, but should people without dogs have to put up with barking in the hallways? The hotel should try to save 1 or 2 of the high floors for the people without dogs. For breakfast, there seemed to be no one refilling the empty bins of eggs, etc.
We have stayed at other La Quintas and many other hotels, and this really was the worse experience ever!
