Very strict about check-in time. Got there a little early and not check us in until right at 3 p.m. Had breakfast the next morning. 2 staff sae us waiting by thr desk. Took a couple minutes for them to come and seat us. There was 20 min. left until breakfast was done. I asked if we could still get breakfast. He was not friendly and just said it was getting close to ending so would need to get the order in. Our waitress brought orange juice for my son when I asked for apple juice. It took about 15 minutes to get it. Then we gpt our meal. I asked for ketchup and syrup. She only brought syrup. My husband then asked for butter and ketchup because he got only one piece of dry toast with his meal. She never brought it so he ate it without. She kept coming out with other food, but still never brought it until we were almost done. She took the wrong food to the same table twice, even after they told her the first time they ordered omelets. It took her 3 tries.
