Return my full amount to my visa card.
After a long journey I have reached in the hotel by private taxi in the night at 2.30. Security opened the gate and waited up to 45 minutes to appear somebody from the hotel.
When I gave the confirmation letter to the reception , he checked their booking list and told me that there is no reservation for me and all hotel rooms were fully occupied.
I had few arguments with the receptionist and he asked me to contact the number which was provided in the booking confirmation letter.
Somebody answered and the result was the same as told the hotel receptionist.
Then I called a taxi and returned to airport on the way I saw a small hotel and asked for a rook with early check out , with this agreement they provided me a AC room and spent 5 hours before my next scheduled flight to final destination.
If the money has been charged from me please returned to my visa card and make sure the booking in place well in advance with valuable reference which hotel was asked for.
