The only thing I can truly compliment about this hotel is the location—it’s very close to great shopping and the subway, which was convenient.
Unfortunately, the rest of the stay fell short. The room was set to 75°F and the thermostat couldn’t be adjusted, so we were uncomfortably warm all night. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, and the beds were extremely firm—honestly, it felt like sleeping on the ground.
When I asked the front desk for an extra pillow and towel (due to the discomfort and limited towels provided), the receptionist said no. I was polite and respectful, but still felt judged by the response, which made the experience even more disappointing.
Overall, if location is your top priority and comfort isn’t a concern, this could work for you. Otherwise, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
