I recently stayed at the Fairfield Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. For over $1,100, I expected a certain level of quality, but this hotel fell far short.
Firstly, the room itself lacked basic amenities that are standard for most hotels, including a microwave and a mini refrigerator. These features can make a huge difference, especially for guests who may want to store snacks or heat up leftovers during their stay.
Furthermore, the customer service I received was unacceptable. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative when I checked in. She insisted that my name was not on the guest list, which was frustrating. After I showed her my email confirmation, she begrudgingly calmed down and issued my room keys, but the initial interaction left a bad taste in my mouth.
As for the room, it definitely did not live up to the 3-star rating that Google proclaimed. The overall condition and cleanliness were not what I expected for the price I paid.
I would not recommend staying at the Fairfield Hotel based on my experience. It's important for hotels to provide quality service and amenities, especially at a premium price. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet those expectations.
