The transport from the airport did not stop, although I was standing in the pickup area and had been waiting in the freezing temperatures for 30 minutes, and had to be forced to come back to pick me up after a witnessing airline pilot suggested sending a letter to the home office. The manager would not authorize reimbursing a taxi but did provide breakfast coupons for my stay. I did appreciate the gesture. On my second day, upon leaving after having breakfast, I spoke to the floor attendant so they could clean my room. He told me that I would have to speak to the front desk, which I did before I left. Upon returning that evening, the room had never been cleaned. I called the front desk and they sent someone to bring me fresh linens. The young man was kind enough to take the dirty linens, but no one was there to make up the bed. That is unacceptable when the hospitality staff was still there when I made the request. I should bot have had to make up my own bed. The restaurant staff were excellent and I was wyite pleased with their service.
