It was not a good experience at all. First, there were no carts for us to take our bags to the 10th floor. Second the rooms door never opened. So reception sent a man to come and try to open with his keys but the door was stuck. So they reassigned us a new room, 4th or 5th floor I believe. By now it was passed midnight. We get to our room exhausted hoping to rest from a long trip. And after unpacking we open the two beds and find a nasty fake eye lash stuck on the edge of one of the sheets. So disgusting! We called reception and there were no managers available to talk to. The next morning we went downstairs to leave the hotel, cancel the next night, and speak to a manager. The woman manager apologized for what happened, and told us she will take care of that night for us, and will cancel the next night for us. She said we will get a refund in 5 to 7 business days, but now it’s been 13 days, and I have no refund, and every time I call no one takes responsibility. It’s so frustrating, and it’s such a shame such a beautiful hotel can have such bad service!!
