Relaxing ambient with the sea and hills view. The room is very comfortable and spacius. One of the best shower I ever had! Beds and pillows really good. The cooling system is very nice. In the other hand it is a long inclined way from the room to the road but doable. Yiannis was very helpful and informative about the place and the Island and how to get the most out of our trip to Santorini. Overall a great experience will recommend if you don't want to espend the top price for the caldera view and don't want a cramped space. We had the 2 bedroom suit.

My two sons and i had a wonderful stay here. The check in and out was a breeze. The place is a short walk from everything in Oia yet far enough removed from the tourist traffic and late night noise. Woke up to sounds of roosters and nature. Sunrise and sunsets can be enjoyed from terrace. The suites are impeccably clean and have all you need to cook and be feel comfortable. We stayed in the semi basement unit and although main bedroom didnt have a window the unit has plenty of big windows to bring in natural light. If you enjoy walking and getting a great leg workout you will particularly enjoy the quiet walk to the suites along the path framed by wildflowers. Views are beautiful!!! If you are fond if felines beware, there’s a sweet friendly cat named Tiger who welcomes visitors and walks you to your suite.

If you’re older or have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The hotel is off-road, meaning getting to it is fine because you’re going downhill, but to get into town it’s up hill and it’s truly a workout. Pros: the views are beautiful. Cons: the owner/man who “welcomed” us was condescending and rude. Practically forced us to sit down and listen to his “speech” on arrival about the island and tried to sell us “services” to explore the island (even after we said we’re not interested). He has hidden fees. No where on the add shows extra fees for an additional guest, but he made us a number of 340€ cash (instead of 3, we were 4, which wasn’t an issue in our Naxos hotel). He also added a 40€ charge for “taxes” although later on his add, it says it’s 2€ per night. He pocketed this money and voila, scammed. The light bulb in our bathroom stopped working, he didn’t replace it. The toilet bidet wasn’t working, the owner unscrewed the top of it and said “use it like this”, low pressure water. There is no daily housekeeping which was fine for us, but might be an issue for others. We tried to wash our clothes and lay it outside, he said it’s not allowed and tried to sell us “laundry service” lol. A guest next to us had something stolen, all we heard was the owner cussing out the cleaning lady. Owner also enters apartments while guests are in town. This is not a “luxury” experience. I wouldn’t recommend. Not worth the 2300$ stay.

We had a wonderful time at Apalada Suites. The suites were perfect for our family of 4 with plenty of space. The reception was very accommodating and responsive. It is a 10 minute walk to the main part of Oia and very peaceful.

Nice place to stay in Santorini.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aplada. The location is a walk away from many restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The Oia area is beautiful. We had everything we would need at Aplada. We were given great recommendations for places to explore and they helped book transfer from the airport.

Very pleasant stay

Our stay in Aplada Suites was extremely pleasant and we would love to go back anytime. Location is perfect, near Oia but still in its own peace, taking only five minutes to the shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and well-kept. Staff was amazingly friendly, Paz and Yiannis made our vacation easy and helped us everytime we needed something. Thank you, we higly recommend Aplada Suites.

Aplada Suites has a beautiful layout and a great plunge pool, but several issues made our stay far less comfortable than expected — mainly due to missing information and poor management. Although the unit is technically within the main property area, there is a long walk to reach it, and none of this was disclosed beforehand. The distance and terrain make it inconvenient, especially when returning uphill. Inside the unit, the mattress is placed directly on a concrete slab, which affects comfort. The AC is locked at 25°C (77°F) with no option to adjust, and the property provides only one key, which is impractical for more than one guest. Management also enforces very strict occupancy rules that feel excessive and create an uncomfortable atmosphere, as if guests are being monitored rather than welcomed. When we reported that several outlets and lights were not working, the response we received was simply, “If it’s not working then it’s not working,” which was dismissive and unhelpful. The home itself is spacious and the plunge pool is a highlight, but the lack of transparency and the management’s attitude overshadowed what could have been a great stay. Future guests should be aware of these issues before booking.

The property is absolutely stunning! Very well maintained with an incredible view of the sea. The location is really good - walking distance from some great views and eating spots. The host, Janis, was super friendly, and happy to oblige with some great conversation and recommendations. The staff was also pro-actively helpful in organising logistics between the port and property.

Majestic Stay

From arrival to departure we were well looked after. The location overlooks a big plain facing the ocean. They also provide transportation to get your luggage to and from the rooms. Breakfast is also offered at a reasonable price. Center of Oia is a short walk.
