The hotel needed a lot of repairs and it looked shabby. It looked like someone did a half job painting. Along side the tub, the caulk was coming off. There were marks/dirt on the walls that could have been wiped off. The towels were dingy. The ice bucket did not come with a plastic bag. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Spend a little more and stay somewhere that is well kept.

We were welcomed to a screaming child upon arrival. Staff did honor my request to 2nd floor after asking. Our room had a terrible odor . Towels were stained, thin and only 2 of them. Shower curtain was either dirty or just stained again. Floors seemed decently new and clean . We onyed for less

There were ants in the bathroom and rusty trim as well. We did not feel comfortable staying so we asked for a refund and went to another hotel!

It was nice. The room had a fridge and a microwave. The bed pedestal needs to be vacuumed. The building is a mess.

This property is very poorly maintained. Not very clean. Towels were in short supply and paper thin. There was a mop bucket and a laundry cart parked at the end of the hall for our entire three night stay. There were what appeared to be dead bugs at the bottom of the hot tub. I will sleep in my car before I stay at a Quality Inn again.

This was the most affordable option on an overnight in Mankato. If you are looking for a high-end hotel, and you are really particular, this probably isn't the hotel for you. But if you are looking for an affordable stay, this is a good option. The room and bathroom showed decent wear, but wer both clean. The desk chair was broken when I get in my room, but I called the front desk and staff had it replaced within 2 minutes. I was hoping to be able to extend my check out time an hour or so, and they didn't let me do that, but only because they were full and needed to get the rooms turned (which they explained). The breakfast that was included was certainly sufficient and comparable to other hotels with included breakfast. The staff were curteous and kind and I was able to stay in the lobby after check out and continue to work until needing to depart. The pool and hot tub looked clean (although I didn't use them). Decent location in Mankato, near to other, more expensive hotel options.

Old & dirty bathroom coffe machines in room & down stairs do not work. Breakfast was slim & out both days. So over priced for what we got & I use to travel for work. Bottom of the barrel.
