This hotel charged me for a stay that I didn't compete. I tried three times to call the hotel and cancel my reservation and couldn't reach a human being. After they charged me for the stay that didn't happen I called and asked the management to credit the cost to another nights stay, and they wouldn't. The hotel front desk manager in Portland, Ethan, would not work with me at all to find some way to make this work. Terrible, terrible. terrible.
