We stayed in room 3. The room was spacious and very clean. The restroom was also very clean. The shower doesn’t have anywhere to put your shampoo bottles so it was kinda difficult having to put everything on the floor when taking a shower.
Another thing I did not love was the fact that they don’t let you control the AC system. We got there on March 20ish, a very sunny day and, after traveling and climbing 4 sets of stairs, we found a very hot room, literally 29C. I was told that they have the heater on because it was winter (which it was already Spring by then) and to wait until night time for the weather to cool down. I asked if I could open the windows and that was allowed, but still kinda frustrating not being able to cool down in your own room and to depend on them to control the AC unit.
They let you store your luggage after checkout, which is always very helpful. The communication is via Whatsapp and they respond fast. Self check in is also easy to do since they provide very clear instructions. There was water, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower cap and hair dryer in the room.
Climbing up 4 sets of stairs was horrible. This would be one of the biggest reasons why I couldn’t go back to this hotel. Italy is a lot of walking and a lot of stairs everywhere, and I completely understand it. But climbing stairs with luggage is another level of torture.
