The breakfast was excellent and the room comfortable. Unfortunately, they had no hot water, which they told us about on check-in. We opted to stay, since we had an event that we needed to attend and no time to make other arrangements.

The front staff was amazing housekeeping needs to be a little better. The coffee pot had so much dust on it where the cups in the ice bin was had so much dust on it. I took the ice bin to the front of the ladies at the front because it was just so dirty. The bathroom still had soap in the shower.

The Hotel fit the bill for my needs. The coffee, Tea, and snacks and drinks in the lobby were nice. One of two elevators was out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The hotel had a funky old smell to it pass the entrance and the elevators were old n very slow. No outside trash by the ice machine. The vent in the bathroom was loud and the air conditioner. The room doors were scratched up. It was just old n needed updating. The bathroom was tiny. It wasn’t a nice hotel at all just very basic n old.

The only bad thing about it was the air conditioner in the rooms was very loud and noisy, and their elevators were acting like they were getting ready to shut down very very sketchy elevators they get the elevators fixed and fix those loud air conditioners in those rooms. The property will be A1.

On the shower curtains was mold all the way across the bottom. The bottom of the bathroom door was shaved. Needs upgrading very badly. If you need towels, you have to get them yourself.

I reserved this hotel because of the swimming pool and breakfast. Our stay was 2 days but the pool was temporarily closed. What a big disappointment! The breakfast was a continental breakfast. That was a big disappointment too. The staff was excellent and great customer service.
