Rooms were great. Had the little patio area overlooking the ocean. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Friendly staff and rooms had everything we needed. DO NOT TAKE THE toy looking blue BINOCULARS from the room! That will be a $150 charge, The smores by the fire were a nice touch! I didn’t care for the glass of $17 Chardonnay. It was absolutely awful lol .

We encountered a significant issue with our booking due to my own error, and she handled it with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. She took the time to listen to our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved seamlessly. Her level of customer service left a lasting impression—it was clear that she is deeply committed to both her guests and her role. Because of her efforts, we felt genuinely valued and well taken care of, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. In addition, the hotel itself is immaculate, the staff is warm and attentive, and the views are simply breathtaking. We are so glad we discovered this property in the Monterey area and will absolutely be returning in the future. We look forward to our next stay.
