Checkin: easy and straightforward. Staff asked if I had a floor preference which is always appreciated Free breakfast: a coffee machine like you find in hospitals, several of the options didn’t work and would only dispense water.

Checked in around 9:30. Office used side window. If they are concerned about security, how safe is hotel itself? Bathroom did not have toilet paper holder.

great stay…. first time staying at hotel its very modern and looks like it was remodeled. close to food trucks and its on a busy street but traffic wasnt loud. just waiting for the deposit to be returned

It was close to the airport and was the cheapest. The room AC didn’t cool the room very well, and there were very few outlets accessible. We also had to plug in the mini fridge and wait for a few hours for it to cool down.

Honestly, this place was pretty gross. The shower had soap buildup and no soap holder. The floors looked dirty, like they hadn’t been mopped in forever. The pillows were terrible — old, flat, and yellowish like they hadn’t been changed in years. Then on Saturday, we woke up to find there was no water at all, and no one even bothered to let guests know ahead of time so we could prepare. On the last night, things got even worse — someone actually tried to come into our room. They knocked twice, the second time very violently, even pounding on the thin windows. It terrified me in the middle of my sleep. Very, very scary situation. Definitely not safe, clean, or comfortable. Never again.

The hotel has definitely been renovated. Pros: no gross carpet, minimal furniture, quiet, very kind service people, cost. Cons: definitely needed more thorough cleaning (ie, hair in shower drain, stations from coffee spills on the walls and baseboards, finger prints on the door jambs). It was fine but not 8 out of 10 like so many are saying.

Do not show up before 3pm, first place to ever tell me to go wait. I could understand if they were super busy but the place was a ghost town. Bathroom light would switch off in the middle of your business and nowhere to place the soap in the shower. Other than that the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We probably will not use this hotel again.
