We arrived at the property at 4:30P.
1) The Parking Attendants greeted us & were very friendly. However, it was a bit off putting to see a $48/day Charge for Parking while staying at this Property?
2) There were 2-Front Desk Staff, who were not friendly, almost seemed to be sad or board.
3) When we made our Reservation on Hotels.com, we Checked the Box for Breakfast for Two for each Night's Stay, however, the Front Desk Staff was unaware & we had to insist that we had already paid for this. We needed to Front Desk Staff
4) The Front Desk Staff couldn't find our 2nd Party's Reservation, again requiring us to Front Desk Staff?
5) Our room was clean, fully functional, we had an abundance of Towels, however the Vanity Light Fixture bottom was falling off, the Bathroom Lighting was dim AND Front Door didn't fully close, we had to remember to Pull it Closed?
