The location was spot on! The toilet and bathroom are 6 star. The hostel is not advertised enough. The staff are helpful and the bedding as well as the towel are sparkling. The hostel is located in the high street avenue of Lisbon. All transportation services are a nearby! Restaurants and shops are also around it. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Good for a quick stay

I liked this hostel but a couple things were not ideal. In the women’s bathroom on my floor there was never soap to wash your hands. I also kind of wished there was an all female floor instead of just designated rooms. Overall this was a nice and clean hostel to stay in!

The hostel is very close to a metro station and bus station, rooms and bathrooms are incredibly clean, the staff is very kind and speak a lot of languages! The only thing is the shower has very low pressure and it is very hard to wet long hair, it takes forever, and you have to push continuously to get it open again.

Location-10/10 anything you need to go to is walking distance or a train ride away. Staff-really nice and friendly and helpful Facilities- everything is paper thin. If you are sensitive to noise to be able to sleep, would not recommend. The locker bin where you store your belongings does not lock even with a lock.

Good price for money, comfy bed

Stayed in a 4 female bed shared room. Bed was nice, clean and spacious. A lot of noise from bathroom, and upper rooms, doors opening and closing , etc. Breakfast is an extra 6 euros and not so many options, but still.was good and comfortable if you dont have much time. You can stay until 11 am and work while you get endless coffee so I would advise to get their breakfast. Check in is long, as there is usually a line, also in the.morning for breakfast you'll have to get in line so go early if you can..same for check out. Overall good, nice location, close to Avenida metro. I arrived on a Sunday and there was dancing on the streets 2 blocks away.

I would gave given a higher ranking if the manager at the front desk didnt try to embarrass me in front of all of the other travelers checking in when I asked for my bags to be watched for free for 2 hours because of all the inconvenience I faced. The first night I had to switch rooms because the AC wasnt working and it felt like a furnace in the room! It was terrible. I wasnt the only one, there were more people complaining and leaving the hostel. Then every night I had to re-encode my card because the card was so sensitive. Havent had that issue at other hostels yet the manager was blaming the guest for the issue. She was loud and rude to everyone including the workers. They could have more entertainment, like turning on the tv at the rooftop but it looks like theyre being cheap and cutting corners. The workers were very nice and helpful, including the cleaning staff. Outside of that, I stayed for the rooftop and the convenience of walking to everything and public transportation. Sometimes travelers just want to come and relax without being yelled at for voicing their concerns about the things that are wrong with the facility.

This is a triple A hostel! I've never been to such a great hostels before. That was the best choice among many places I've been to. Highly, no HIGHLY recommended place for stay. Personnel is an absolute best, place is well secure, well maintained, interior design is quite nice, sleeping area is clean and comfortable. Well, I'm very very happy to have stopped there. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to both the metro station and the city center. The room, bed, bathroom, and toilet were all very clean and hygienic, which made my stay comfortable despite the relatively small size of the facilities. Guests can store their belongings in the under-bed lockers, although I would strongly recommend bringing your own padlock for better security.
