When I checked in, my room was filthy. It was never cleaned from the last guest. Since this property is not an MGM property, MGM did nothing. I was told to reach out to Expedia, that MGM was not affiliated with the rooms. Expedia had maid service there within two hours & Expedia was very responsive.
My room was cleaned upon my return. But not cleaned well. Globs of hair in the tub & shower. Rubber bands with hair laying around. Basically the towels & sheets were swapped, the room was wiped down but not cleaned. This is not okay, especially in covid times.
I was left with only two clean towels. I did not have hand towels or wash cloths, they did not leave toilet paper. I did not have a comforter to sleep with. Again, MGM would not help, even with a roll of toilet paper. I had to get a friend staying in another hotel to bring me some. Finally my last day there, I received extra towels & toilet paper, which was frustrating.
The only thing I loved about this stay was the layout of the room & my balcony. Everything else was a nightmare. I will stay at an actual hotel for now on when I go to Vegas. This experience has ruined air-b-n-b’s for me.
