thought i had chosen a decent hotel… turned out i did not. first thing when you walk in is obviously check in, which they take your license plate (make sure you have it ready even though it doesn’t matter and i’ll tell you why). not only the whole hotel, but when we got to our SUITE room, it smelled like a senior citizen home, and moth balls. our room was so stuffy i opened the window to get some air and turned on the air conditioning to what sounded like animals scratching their way into our room the whole time it “ran” which was pointless, the room never got any colder just less stuffy with the window open. we got back to our hotel after our event that night and thank God we only booked one night because no one decided to mention the fact that half of the parking lot and front lobby entrance were torn up for construction. went in to LOCKED lobby doors at 11 pm to only be told to go park my brand new car across the street overnight at red lobster because “they have a deal”…. the woman i spoke with was beyond disappointing and rude. their breakfast was probably a 2/10 on a generous plate and super crammed in maybe 5 tables of 2-4, so not much room at all. overall will not be booking again and hope to never experience something like this again. be sure to call and check that their parking lot is available because i’ve never felt so uncomfortable leaving my car across the street! good luck if you stay here :)
