Ignore all the negative reviews for this place. Staff was so friendly & accommodating - available at all times to answer any questions & meet any needs we had. Room was cozy & satisfactory for our stay during coachella. Highly recommend for anyone who’s just looking for a convenient, clean & safe place to crash during festival season in Indio.

It's what I expected a 2* hotel. I wasn't expecting luxury and I'm the room was quite large. I will say they did daily changing of linens which you don't get in many 4* hotels these days. The area is quiet and felt safe. The beds were comfortable. The furniture and bedding were dated and some areas were worn down. But, for the price (especially during a large event weekend) the room worked fine for me.

The owners are very judgmental and races. They were asking 101 questions to the poor receptionist who was doing his job and following parodical like with any other guest. All because we had tattoos. I would not rent there again.

POOL and Hot tub maintenance

Hotel stay was decent but only thing I didn't like about my stay was I went to pool and hot tub and both looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days so I just went back to my room instead.

The gal that checked me in took a picture of my debit card. Not ok. It took absurdly long to get checked in. I was the only one there. Then the room key didn’t work. Room smelled so much like smoke. So not worth the price.

Don’t stay here

Staff was not friendly, the ice machine was not working, our refrigerator did not work, the sink leaked water all over my electronics on the counter from a bad value. The front desk did not care. The person in front of me in line to check out were complaining and the people behind me were complaining too!
