We waited 45 minutes for someone to check us in at the front desk. Rooms did not match the photos on the website (they must of been taken when the hotel FIRST opened). The rooms are in complete disarray, dirty and in heavy need of renovation. We ended up switching from the first room because the shower head was broken, the toilet had low flushing pressure, and the TV didn't work. I understand the "get what you pay for" mentality, but I would expect this from a motel not a hotel, especially not a quality inn.
The staff member who took care of us was friendly and did her absolute best to work with what she had, so I want to emphasize we did not have any problems with her but the way the entire place is run.
A $100 deposit on a room where everything is dirty, broken, patches and rundown is absolutely ridiculous. What's left to break? Would absolutely recommend finding a different hotel.
