The staff was amazing. The only problem that we had was getting our shower gel refilled. Everything else was 100% amazing.

The room was clean, no funny smells that’s important. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you😃

This hotel is incredibly understaffed. The ONLY PRO is that it’s new and the facility is overall nice, updated, modern, in a good area. Here is why I will never stay here again: 1. Bathrooms were overlooked and not cleaned properly. There was hair everywhere. Good thing I brought my Lysol wipes. I cleaned the entire bathroom. 2. I made multiple complaints about kids running in the hallway, and the receptionist couldn’t care less. It was super loud until about midnight on the third floor. Lots of kids running all over the place, up and down stairs, through hallways. I heard from other guests that they had complained too. Nobody was doing anything about the problem. 3. Called for a crib and never got one. Waited three hours at night. Nobody came. He said he was coming. Three hours later, went to sleep. No crib. No phone call. 4. Unattended small kids in pool and receptionist didn’t care. The music was blaring at max and the kids were screaming. It was night time. Must’ve been 20 kids in the pool. There was no room for anyone else to swim. We got there after a long day of driving and wanted to unwind. That was not going to happen at this place. 5. Custer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Ever. I got a, “well what would you like me to do? There’s nothing I can really do.” A refund. A refund is what I would’ve liked. I shouldn’t have paid $100 for an overnight stay that was one of the worst experiences ever.

Did not realize how often they do not clean...they didn't come in once, I think because of the whole Covid thing. But we did have enough towels and such, but we did run put pf toilet paper before we left. Everything else was great, loved the room size and the shower was wonderful to get in and out of, thank you!

This is a newer property so everything was beautiful and clean. The wifi was great. They have an indoor pool, and nice outside area with a grill and fire pit. The beds were very comfortable with super soft sheets. Would definitely stay again.
