Thin mattress

Very thin mattress on a metal frame. Check in and everything but the bed was great. The bed was a thin mattress and with it being on a metal frame every time you moved it sounded like metal can if you squeeze it.

The first room we were given had not been made up from the previous guest, so we had to go back and ask for another room. In the second room, the bed seemed clean and comfy. However, we were not able to set the air conditioner below 72, and could not get the room to cool properly. The floors were very dirty, making our feet black. We could feel the grit on the floor, and we had to continually wipe our feet before getting into bed or putting our shoes on. We could not even set our luggage on the floor. There were bugs on the floor and spiders in the bathroom. We could not relax here, and won’t be staying at a Quality Inn again.

Inhospitable, rude. The desk clerk that will add random charges to your non-refundable room after your five hundred mile drive is the same guy pushing a literal shopping cart around doing maid's service the next day. The outside reception area have been painted.Everything else is very old. See pictures.

The floor was filthy and the room not very clean. The chair had something spilled all over it. The towels were actually dirty!! They smelled and had lots of stains on them! I have never stayed in such conditions before. I am sorry but I will not stay at a Quality Inn again thanks to this experience.
