Room was clean and bed/pillows were exceptionally comfortable. We had some issues with noise passing through the door and noise from the nearby highway was heard at times interrupting sleep. The check in was easy and the front desk assistant Jarrod King was a pleasure to work with and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the coffee bar in the morning, but hope to stay again to experience a full breakfast. 5 out of 5 experience, will stay again.

We stayed at Down Right Austin one night when were in town for a concert. The room was comfortable and clean. When we asked for an extra blanket one was delivered in a few minutes. When we arrived at our room and opened the door we were greeted by an sweet cocker spaniel and a confused man who, rightly, wondered why we were opening his door. I short trip back to front desk was all it took for us to be reassigned to an unnocupied room. There will always be mistakes, if they are corrected quickly and effectively, then they are no more than minor inconveniences.
