Dear Ms. Williams,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations.
I received a notification that my room was ready for check-in, but upon arriving just before 5 PM, I was informed that no rooms would be available for another 30 minutes. After a long journey from Tennessee to Atlanta for a fashion show with my family, we decided to leave the hotel to grab a bite to eat. We returned about 45 minutes later, only to find that the only room available was on the top floor, which we accepted.
However, when we entered our assigned room, we were met with a strong odor of urine, and the air conditioning was not functioning. I called the front desk, and a staff member assured me that a maintenance technician would be sent to address the issue, while a member of the housekeeping team would come to clean the carpets.I agreed to wait, but after 20 minutes with no one arriving, I went back to the lobby to inquire about the situation.
I was informed that no other rooms were available, and the maintenance technician would be arriving shortly. Shortly thereafter, I received a call stating that the AC could not be repaired and that we would need to move to another room. This was confusing, as there were no other rooms available. When the maintenance technician returned, he provided us with a key to a room on the second floor, which was a significant improvement. Emailed hotel no response
