Just disappointed bc got wrong room. I wanted King, that is what I booked, dude argued that I booked double. Hours after getting settled in he finally admits I was right. Then insisted I got an upgrade. That is a joke! Also, need real coffee makers. I went and bought my own.

I'm not sure where all the people who left five star reviews stayed, but I don't think it was here. I don't want to be too harsh though because it was VERY cheap. The guy at the front desk was nice and the room was clean, it was just old, very small and needs some TLC. For example the door barely locked and had a huge gap in it that made us a bit uncomfortable & the bathroom door frame was broken/missing. It's perfect for truck drivers and/or if you just care about a bed and a bathroom and won't be spending much time at all in the room.

As usual, I had another very pleasant one night stay at this hotel. Everything worked properly, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. I won’t hesitate to stay at Colonial Inn in the future especially when the hotels on the other side of Interstate 40 are charging $50 to $100 more per night for similar features and quality.

Ground floor room was easy to access for an older person. Room was clean and very comfortable. Everything worked well and the bed was very good. Staff was very friendly. Room rate was outstanding and well worth the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice front desk staff. Bedding was very nice. Fridge with a freezer was useful. Microwave too. Quiet and convenient. We will stay here again.

Clean room, very much a motel. The good news is you don’t have to leave a $50 deposit but nothing fancy just an In-N-Out room to stay.

Clean and maintained rooms. Friendly staff. A very good choice for those of us traveling on our own expense or with a limited expense reimbursement.
