The nightly reception staff were not friendly. I called the hotel in advance and informed them that I would arrive at dawn. I responded 24 hours a day and asked him to come. When we arrived and checked in, the room was canceled because we were late, and the chest of drawers in the room was broken and open. There was no apology or kind response at all. The staff cleaning the breakfast buffet restaurant and room were friendly. The breakfast buffet food was also excellent.
