The staff did not steal or clean as far as I could tell.

Establishment is a bit worn but is a fun environment. Bathroom was a bit cramped trying to take care of business. Overall enjoyed my stay for the price on a holiday weekend.

The room was clean and loved the new LED mirrors that the bathrooms came with. We didn’t have washcloths but the bathroom was clean too. The usb plug ins in the lamps next to the bed didn’t work but the one on the desk did. The AC worked very very well which was much needed since it was 90 degrees out during our stay. The clarion is on the first two floors so if your wanting a balcony, book through quality in but in my opinion, clarions rooms were better and more well kept. (I had friends stay in the quality in side) we were next to the pool so we didn’t have windows so it was a little dark but we didn’t mind.

Very run down property. Breakfast was available 25 mins late. Whole place smelled like chlorine from the pool chemicals.

This hotel is not maintained and was very dirty. Toilet was leaking under the seal (meaning sewage), roaches in the room, smoke from an adjacent room, and non functioning light switches. Do not stay here!

I really liked the pool area and the breakfast. The whole place needs much more maintenance. When I arrived, the refrigerator was frozen over. There was a crack in the bathtub. The tub leaked into the floor. There were several scratched marks on the wall. The door to the room sticks, and you have to push and pull a specific way to open the door. They only have 1 ice vending machine, and it is "well hidden." Watch out. We did see bugs in the room. Not sure what type. The Staff is really nice and helpful. The Maintenance personnel really try to help.

Easy location and friendly staff. Minor quibbles. The outside door is not ideal, but it's the trade for a long bed. No freezer section of the in room fridge.

False advertisement about the breakfast. The poor wasn't heated. The hot tub was not working. The manager was nice. The other people at night crew were rude. I'm really upset. You should do something about it for me We had two rooms for 3 days and the breakfast, which was really upsetting. Instead, it was eggs and bacon and sausage, and all that they didn't have c***. They said, no, we don't have that in the week only on the weekend which was wrong on the advertisement or their fault or something really upsetting then, there was a nest of wasp. Some came into the room because there was a whole in the wall just upsetting i doubt if we'll ever go back

We were given a room that wasn't clean, followed by a room that had someone else in it, then a room with water coming out from under the bathroom tile(where we had unpacked all our stuff), then had to lug everything down to a different room that didn't have black water coming out from under the tile. Just to have a bathtub that didn't drain while showering and were told it was the old plumbing. We stayed 3 nights, the second and third nights we had to have our room keys reset because they didn't work anymore. Breakfast during the weekdays was a joke. The only positive was we didn't have to pay for snacks because of how awful our rooms were.
