La recepcionista pésima atención al momento de llegar se le saluda y no responde, por estar hablando por celular, nos da indicaciones para el estacionamiento nada claras lo que nos retraso casi 30 a 40 minutos el ingreso, segun ellos decían que habia guardias en el estacionamiento y jamás estuvo presente hasta que llamamos y comentamos que no habia nadie a quien preguntarle para llegar al estacionamiento, únicamente se encontraba guardia del casino que esta pegado, no hay identificaciones de nada del hotel, el control remoto sin baterías se les realizó llamada para arreglar la situación y no arreglaron nada

Respecto a la atención del personal fue normal, el aspecto por fuera del hotel si tiene que mejorar, sin embargo, las habitaciones me sorprendieron, muy amplias, y el café en la habitación se agradece mucho, el agua caliente sin problemas, y las camas muy cómodas. Lo que si deben implementar es el elevador, hace mucha falta.
