We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. They also managed to ensure that the tea was only served after all the other breakfast had already been there. The question about booking a car for onward travel was very reluctant to be heard; there was no way to help. The neighboring hotel, where we were not guests, was very kind about this.
All in all very disappointing and totally overpriced.
