Just overall bad experience, the toilet didn't work! The AC didn't get the room cold until early that morning. The towels had very strong washing powder smell. Bed skirt was nasty just over the worst

The guy with the locs provided A1 service. Love him. I stay at Carib house often when I just don’t want to spend a lot the ocean view is nice and it’s a convenient location. The security guy was also A1 24 hour security made me feel safe:

The place looks so different from the photos online. It’s so dirty and rundown. I’m really sadden that this kind of premises allow to have guess. And I pay $232 for 2 nights. The staff are friend tho but the conditions of the building is not okay. You don’t even get room service to change the sheets or anything.

There was no light in the bedroom. We had to use flashlights after dark to see in our room. The plug sockets in our room were loose and we could not charge our phones, etc. The A/C barely worked. We had it as low as it would go and it barely cooled off the bedroom. There was no fan to help either. There was no bath mat which was dangerous as the floor was slippery. There was no toilet paper holder. No exhaust or AC in the bathroom. The surrounding area was safe and we walked to breakfast and dinner but was harassed every time we walked out of our room. The hotel barely resembles the photos as it is very rundown.

The view in the oceanview property was amazing!! If you book the ocean view, there are many steep stairs, which you WILL have to carry your bags up. If you are on a large trip with a big bag, reconsider. Walls are super thin, so you can hear your neighbour. Small shower

Caribic was ok,didn't like my check in experience i choose a room for 3 person i got one that said 5 people which was good,on my arrival the receptionist said i have to pay $30 extra because the room was book for 2 person yet it was 3 beds in the room....i think that was a big rip off..on top of that the room smell like mold need to be air out properly..

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews,my fiancé an I stayed there after a long trip from Panama ,an was looking for something in our price range for the 3 nites,over all it was close on hip strip an walking distance to doctors cove ,an shops casino an food,for the room,no one came to clean or bring fresh towels toliet paper,nothing we took our own garbage out,we had a some aunts in bathroom the AC was leaking on the inside of room coffee pot didn’t work,but we had a beautiful view,An to get up to that room was a lot Of stairs and a swivel staircase to go up to the top top level so if you have any medical conditions leg problems, this room may not be for you.so overall I’ll give it a 3 nothing top notch about it

The staff at this place are absolutely amazing! Expedia of course will take your money as a full payment and then tell you that you have to pay again on site which is terrible absolutely terrible to do to customers. Book this hotel outside of Expedia or you’ll get ripped off at the most inconvenient time waiting for your money to be returned to your card after you have to argue with them about it through Customer service! This hotel is small and it sits right on Hip Strip a busy strip with a lot of eateries souvenirs shops and mini markets. The staff are kind accommodating helpful they’ll try what ever is needed to make your stay amazing! The rooms are very basic but you get air conditioning system a Flat Screen TV Hot Water great water pressure if you need it and a warm bed. Our room was very clean and they clean for a fee daily or else every 3rd say! The WiFi was okay it’s not really strong unless you’re sitting in the lobby or on the balconies facing the city and beach. This hotel is also near the beach and you just cross the street and patronize the Beach club which is $7USD for entrance and $7 for a Chair or an umbrella. The beach club does sell food. The beach is pristine and there’s a Starbucks on the beach across the street. The hotel sits over a bar with music and food for sell most nights. This hotel sits several blocks from Harmony beach which also has a water park a lot of free events great food shops and many diverse vendors.
