O espaço do café não condiz com a lotação do hotel. Um caos pra conseguir sentar e comer tranquilamente. Reposição dos itens e utensílios demorada. O hóspede precisava solicitar e aguardar bastante. Ficando a partir do 2 andar tem o labirinto do elevador. Sem acústica nos quartos. Ouvisse tudo do quarto ao lado. E o pior é o estacionamento. Uma ladeira ABSURDA e com espaços pra estacionar, estando lotado, como normalmente aconteceu, dificílimo pra manobrar e descer. Enfim, só ficaria novamente se fosse realmente necessário.

Me senti mal recepicionada, cheguei por volta de 11:40 hs fiquei na recepção aguardando meu check in 14 hs mas observei que um casal que chegou depois teve o check in iberado antes de mim... quanto HORRÍVEL lampadas quimadas, imóvel mal cuidado com rachaduras e cama dura.. um frio e mem para oferecerem um coberta a mais ... Não recomendo pelo valor pois tinham outros mais baratos e as acomodações melhores ... localização ruim... como fui em meu aniversário em um terça e voltava na quarta poderiam oferecer algo a mais... pois era durante a semana e na não tinha muitas coisa movimentada na cidade...
