Golden Prague Rooms

Es muy centrico ya que puedes ir andando a los puntos de interes.Esta muy limpio. Cama comoda. Minibar completo.El personal de recepcion es muy amable y resolutivo.El transporte al aeropuerto excelente. Lo malo para mi es que no tiene ascensor ni aire acondicionado y hace mucho calor. Hay un ventilador pero a pesar de ello hace calor

We enjoyed our stay at Golden Prague rooms, the only downside was our noisy neighbours who were playing loud music until 12. It states in the rules that we must respect quiet hours from 10pm til 7am. The noise was persistent so we informed reception, that dealt with the situation immediately. Unfortunately soon after the carried on, when trying to inform again the reception was closed even though it is said to be 24h. It’s most likely that they had to leave for a few minutes and came back. You can tell the place is quite new and maybe could do with a few more cosy touches, such as some soft lounge music when walking into the reception, a couple of small shampoos, etc. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, we liked the decor, the bed was VERY comfortable and the area was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing hotel shame there’s no air conditioning as too hot but otherwise perfect

George at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming . He deserves a pay raise

Very clean and modern! Netflix on TVs was a very nice bonus!

Stayed for just 2 nights in March had booked a double too. But got given a room that had 2 bedrooms! The rooms were perfectly kept and immaculate. Location was fantastic with just a 5 minute walk to the main square

Excellent location, less than 10mins from the metro, less than 10mins into the old town square and so pretty close to everything really. It’s Still a new property and it’s well maintained & very clean. Maybe a kettle in the room will be good as there is only an Nespresso. Also on my check in, the lady who served me did not give me much information. However as I was checking out, the lady on reception that day - Linda, I could hear her giving a lot of information to those checking in, telling guests who were checking in what’s charged for in the room, which other doors they could use to come in or go out, what you could use for free- eg I didn’t know I could use the Nespresso for free etc, or at least put signs / note in the room , same as for the bottle of tap water as some restaurants in Prague charge you for tap water. So just those little details but overall I had a wonderful stay. Bed was comfy but pillows were ok-ish. Excellent on cleanliness. & Linda keep smiling
