Catastrophic holiday experience

Unclean hotel with no concept of housekeeping. The manager has excuse for every short comings like TV not working, fridge not working. No light on mirror in bathroom. Walls not clean and have paan spit marks.No hotel staff available till 9 am.

The rooms were shabby ,not clean. No exhaust fan in bathrooms, no light on mirror. Unserviceable TV. The refrigerator was broken and not working. Pan spit on walls. Window panes not cleaned. No concept of house keeping. Floor matting dirty & torn.
