"Check in was pretty smooth. We arrived early and the room was not yet ready, but it was ready earlier than the 3 pm time. The room was clean and well organized. We got the loft suite and the sofa bed was made up for our kids right away. The room was pretty tight for space unfortunately, but it may be expected given the central location of the hotel. The AC was a bit weak and the room was often on the warm side until it was dark outside. We appreciated the two bathrooms a lot. The pool looked quite nice but we didn’t have the time to try it.

"Amazing rooms, having access to the facilities at the airport were great for dining and shopping options. The front desk person I dealt with in regards to dining options in Munich was not any help. I realize the airport is so large that not much is available nearby that isn't in the airport or hotel itself."
"Everything was great. This was our second time staying here due to the helpfulness of staff and the great location. The only issue I had this time was a malfunctioning public toilet in the back of the main area near the orders train bridge that made walking through there so, so awful. Luckily, going that way isn’t necessary, but it still probably should have been addressed before it got to that state. Still, I understand not everything can be controlled, and everything else about our trip was perfect. I will return here when I am in Cologne again."

"Fantastic location with clean modern rooms. Great cigar bar too. Restaurants were more than adequate and the breakfast was great. Right on the airport no need for taxi or train. The Squaire is also great for quick shopping or alternative restaurants."
