The staff here were extremely helpful, providing us with a room to relax in while our rooms we're being prepared. We had taken the sleeper train from Hanoi so we arrived early. Most things we're walkable and area had many restaurants and shops.

I absolutely loved my stay here and recommended to another traveler I met in Hanoi. The first night in Sapa I stayed at another hotel at the same price (it currently has 8.8 stars) and this was far better. The most comfortable bed in my Vietnam trip and the city view was gorgeous. The staff were so kind. I will absolutely stay again next time.

Hotel is new (only two years old), so everything looks new. Good WiFi, elevator available, firm bed, quick hot water, strong water pressure, helpful and polite staff, nice lightning setup, big fridge, internet TV, safe, quiet. However, no restaurants close by, no recommendations for anything from the hotel, unclear bus routes, lack of information about transportation to different parts of the province. So, it's inconvenient for travelers without private means of transportation.

Tons of lodging options in Sapa, but this is a great choice for the savvy traveler. Close to the action (the lake is just steps away) but on a quiet side street, conveniently located between the town center and the always-interesting Sapa Market. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty offerings, and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, tours, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and very kind. The view from our window was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if were ever in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at sapa yen. There is no electronics in the room for the quiet retreat vibes. Took some getting used to but it was definitely what I needed to unplug. Room and hotel is very clean. Close to sapa station and you can view the train to fansipan from the hotel.
