All of the front desk staff are outstanding and it's difficult to single anyone out. They're ALL great. During breakfast, we wound up feeling like Felicia was family. The hostel is clean, very friendly staff and very close to public transportation. They host free dinners for guests and it’s a nice opportunity to get to know people and mingle. They have a towel rental service for €3 and laundry service on site for a fee. Only complaint is the pod doors/storage drawers can be loud and guests should try to be more mindful when opening/closing those. Overall really enjoyable stay!!! Would recommend!
