"Not a large variety of drinks ,rooms were very clean and the. Sheets and towels were changed daily. Everyone was very friendly and the person in charge of the front desk on the day shift was extremely helpful, going out of his way to give us information and advice on where to go and find activities for every day we spent in Istanbul. The location was also ideal because we were at walking distance of most of the attractions that are recommended to see on a trip to this pintoresco city. The Gran Bazar is a few blocks away ad well as dozens of nice restaurants and shops 👍"
"Where do I start? My husband and I absolutely LOVE this hotel. What makes it amazing is the staff and mgmt. truly outstanding service and they try to go above and beyond to surprise the guests and keep us engaged and happy. Special managers that are superb: Bulent Colak & Nilgun … they got to know us and made us feel so welcome. Definitely must return next time we are in Turkey. Divan is an excellent brand! "

The location of the hotel is great as everything is within a walkable distance. The area is pretty safe and quiet. The room was spacious and inviting. The hot shower was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this facility. I will book again. "
"We checked in very late at 3am in the morning due to the previous bus journey being delayed. However, the staff was still there to check us in. The room was cozy and clean. The next day they even allowed us to leave our luggage there for free even after we checked out so that we did not have to carry the luggage around through the city for sightseeing. Overall a very pleasant stay
