Staff were wonderful, complimentary beach equipment available (this was an awesome inclusion), beds comfy, plenty of room to move around, cosy, big tv with foxtel, wrap around balcony with the best view of sunrise and the beach/ocean.
Pool, sauna, spa, gym...undercover parking, this place has everything.
Water pressure awesome, nice hot shower...only place I've had a shower while watching the world go by on the beach front.
Showing a bit of wear and tear, but place is nearly 30 years old. Fantastic location, walk everywhere...so many food and shopping options on the strip.

"The only complaint is that the WI Fi offering is very average if you want continuous WI Fi during your stay they require you to join the Accor Hotel Group as a member. I am very happy with my Expedia Membership and you should not have to join the hotel group to enjoy good Wi Fi when other accommodation places provide this free."
"Apartment was in a great location. Clean and appropriate to our needs. Staff were helpful & communication was excellent. There was easy access to public transport if you’re travelling without a vehicle. Close proximity to the beach & Alexandra Headlands surf club. Great food options at club & eateries near by. Walking distance to Mooloolaba & Cotton Tree."
"We booked 3 rooms over a year ago & requested to be near each other. On arrival rooms had not been allocated & we could not be near each other. The bathroom in renovated room smelt of sewer. Buildings are very tired, needs an upgrade. Suite very dated. Not a kitchen, just a microwave. Rooms not worth asking price. Could definitely be more of an atmosphere. Staff are friendly. Food expensive."
"The room was facing the ocean and the magnificent view was beyond words.
However our room was in a state of advanced disrepair and lack of maintenance which included- a very large crack in the mirror behind the bed , a number of cracked bathroom tiles and a general need of some loving care.
Certainly not good enough especially at such top rate prices!"
"Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital.
Staff are wonderful and caring.
The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet.
The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."
