"The property is nice, but you should absolutely have you water on hand. You have to pay for everything, including ice. Nice hotel, staff is friendly, but if you are hungry late in the evening, only option is room service. So, I would say if you are out during the day buy snacks and water, no ice machine, and no mustard. Otherwise, beautiful place, great location!"
"I was asked before I left. What was my feedback of the property and I literally could not provide any negative feedback. I think the staff was extremely helpful. We traveled by Uber to Baru and the concierge was mindful to take a picture of the license, get the driver’s number and was attentive every step of the way. The grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I did not care for my dinner, however, everything else was a plus. I would recommend going out for dinner."
"I was at this hotel a week ago before I flew to La Paz,Bolivia and there was no toaster in the buffet room. They sent me an email saying that they had gotten a toaster and when I returned from Bolivia, there was a toaster.!!! the staff is excellent here and they listen to people‘s issues. Everyone was very helpful. It’s a great location because it’s 10 minutes from the airport.."
