"We had a great stay at this property. The hostess was kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The bath was clean and relaxing. The rooms were a bit cold this time of year, so I suggest starting the heater during the day while you are out to come back to a nice toasty room. The property is conveniently located with a beautiful vue on the lake from the front and Fuji-san from the back. I would definitely stay here again!"

"An incredible stay! Sanu is located just steps away from the beautiful Yamanaka Lake and Mt. Fuji. We rented a car and explored the area for a few days and Sanu was perfect. I will be staying at Sanu in the future. Thank you!"

"The check-in process was easier than I thought. The staff was extremely kind when I called them on the phone. I really appreciate it. As for the hotel itself, it wasn't a five star hotel, but the traditional Japanese side of it was a good experience. There are also many restaurants and shops around. A big and beautiful park with a pond and a small river is right next to the hotel, so it was fun."
