"The Staybridge was in the perfect location. We are walkers and were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see i.e. Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square, Buckingham Palace as well as restaurants and cafes. The room was large and had all the amenities we needed and the breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we ever return to London."

"This was fine for a room for the night, but the listing suggested this was self-contained which we were surprised to discover it was not on arrival. Please be aware you will have use of the downstairs of the house, plus kitchen and garden along with the rear back bedroom and bathroom on the first floor but the booking will operate as an Airbnb style let with the host in situ. Whilst the host was incredibly friendly the check-in was confused due to information sent via the app not clearly...

Leaving numerous messages with no luck. I contacted virtual assistant on hotels.com who also was unable to get any response from the hosts.
