"Staffs and services are good, no issues. Breakfast is good, lots of choices. The only gripe is the location. Yes, it's central, close to everything. Walkable distances to all attractions, grocery, foods, buses. But may be that's its curse, close to downtown, shady neighborhoods. Front door needs to be unlocked by an inside staff for you to get in (oddly, all day-n-night). One time I was locked out since the desk staff was nowhere to be seen. May be that's just everywhere in Valpo, not just the hotel? Disappointed that a seaside town left so bad of a taste for me."

"The staff here are excellent. They will go out of their way to assist you. We had rooms facing the ocean with big windows and the view is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The rooftop pool and bar are very nice. Pool is heated which is a rare find. The beach is only steps away. Location is good with many restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The location of this hotel is beautiful-right on the cliffs of the ocean. The staff is incredible & attentive and speak fluent English. The breakfast is fresh with fruit juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, bread, scrambled eggs, cured meat and sliced cheese."
