"We contacted hotel day before. They told us they would pick us up at the airport. When we landed we had no response via WhatsApp. We took a taxi to hotel. No one was there. We had to bag on doors to get a sleeping women to get up. She didn't know what was happening. She walked us down a street and opened a door to a small clammy apartment and left us there. It was like we were squatting. She told us we needed to take a taxi to airport the next day, no shuttle. We left at 8am. Never saw anyone else. Terrible and stressful. "

"Breakfast was great and fresh every day. Clean room. Excellent staff and service. I wish I had a room not in front of the pool - noisy, but fun! Also, I recommend that the management have better transport service. Only one person and he didn't even live in the area. There was an unexpected road closure and yet there was no other driver to take me to the airport. He arrived two hours later than scheduled; luckily I was able to make my flight. All was fantastic; just wish I had a quieter room and that they had alternate transport, just in a case. "
