"My only complaint was the air conditioning at night, not cold enough. I called the technician twice, and he seemed like not wanting to accept the fact that it was not blowing cold air and just give me excuses to the point that I asked him to leave. I did not complain to the front desk nor to the staff cause that’s not my style, but I expected better from the staff and the technicians of the air conditioning. Other than that everyone else was amazing."

"We filled our two person jacuzzi on the deck with hot water and watched the sunset from the privacy of our cabana deck. Absolutely gorgeous! The bed was comfy and the room was well appointed. Breakfast and coffee were great. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to town. I highly recommend staying here for a little pampering. "

"Lo unico bueno la comida , mala atencion en la parte de alfrente , compramos el paquete con expedia y nos toco volver a pagar , despues de terminar ls estadia tuvimos que llamar a expedia para que uno de los dos nos regresaran el dinero y la respuesta fue que debiamos tener una cuenta en bancolombia para hacer la transferencia mas rapida , yo la tenia pero la persona que hizo el pago es de cansda y yo tuve que comprar dollares y enviarselos a el"
