"I recommend hotels.com and all travellers to block this hotel Unprofessional and unhelpful staffs, long time uncleaned room Dirty and bad smelling bed sheets, dirty tissue box and mirror Staffs were not willing to solve problems and kept saying to tell me to give them time and wasted me more than one hour on the phone calls. To change the bed sheets, a woman just tried to change for one bed, and she said she could not change for both beds alone, she had to call another staff to help How unprofessional their staff are"

"Breakfast was great and delicious. Close to Hakata station which is great also. It will be appreciated if extra fee for the hotel stay will be noted during the booking. Extra fee is not expensive but still it will be great if the fee is posted on their website. "

"It was our first time booking a room with a washing machine and dryer to ourselves! It was convenient and the dryer was much more effective than the shared ones we have used in other hotels and air bnbs. You don’t have to air dry the clothes much after taking it out. It was good to have the microwave and kettle within reach as well. We appreciate the amenities provided at the lobby, there was a good range of teas and it was fun trying them out. The room was clean and well equipped. One tip: get the ear plugs from the lobby and use them to block out the sound of the railway tracks. It’s highly effective! "

"Breakfast not offered in hotel but in restaurant 2 floors below the Lobby. Quality of food on offer 3 stars or below. We paid over $330 per night for a small room, old furniture, old carpets and mattresses on beds almost as hard as lying on bricks. This hotel in NO WAY deserves a 9.4 rating. We were very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. The only exceptional feature of this hotel was the staff. My advice is AVOID this hotel. "

"The Hollywood triple room was smaller than we expected for three people, our 3 big luggages barely fit & opening them made it even tighter. I’ve stayed here before in a bigger room, which I definitely preferred, but it wasn’t available this time. That said, the location is excellent, close to everything & the underground passages are super convenient once you get used to them. I also love that it’s connected to a mall, so there’s always something to do nearby. The bathtub & mist shower feature are great. Just remember to ask for bath salts at the 6th floor lobby during check in if you want to fully enjoy the tub, great after a long day of walking & exploring!"
