The location is across from Tianmen Mtn entrance. Centrally located with walking distance to many restaurants. Also gave a sample jar of the city’s fine tea and a souvenir. Def would stay here again. Highly recommend."

"Didn’t realized the front desk staff is not 24/7. Checking out wasn’t done properly at 6am, no instructions where to leave the keycard and no notification of the final bill. Also, if misplaced or lost one of the room keycards, it cannot be replaced and not sure the reason behind it."

The hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the East Gate entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff provided good service, and the room was clean and well-maintained.
