"I had a double room and hotel made me pay an additional $200 for my additional companion even though the room is a double, the A/C doesn’t work properly, the WiFi goes out every day, the tv connection goes out every 5 minutes, and got questioned multiple times at breakfast if I was a guest and what room was mine when nobody else got questioned, this wouldn’t happen at the holiday inn which is where I’ll be staying at next time and regret not staying their like usual."

"Mi experiencia en el hotel Hotel San Miguel Regla fue bastante decepcionante. Reservé dos noches pero terminé quedándome solo una. Entiendo que es un hotel rústico, pero la alberca estaba completamente verde y la televisión no funcionaba. El sábado a las 7:00 am encendieron una bomba muy ruidosa para limpiar la alberca, lo que arruinó el descanso. Lo más frustrante fue la actitud del staff: al comentar que me iría antes y explicar los problemas, la respuesta fue simplemente “ah, bueno”, sin interés alguno en mejorar la experiencia. La comida no es mala, pero el servicio es muy lento. Recomiendo mejor desayunar en Casa Colibrí, que está cerca y es mucho mejor. No lo recomendaría para un fin de semana de descanso."

"Hotel was in a good location, was able to walk around the near stores and it felt safe. Hotel itself was very clean. The staff was very helpful they specifically helped me with getting a taxi to pick me up. The room itself was very clean and AC worked fine. TV was easy to use."
