"The kickback amenities are awesome"

"Loved the night light in the bathroom. I always said that hotels should have that instead of keeping the light / fan with door ajar for the kids. I alwatslove a nice long sink counter for the makeup, etc.. The touch lamp was a great idea on the desk. Also, I liked having 2 pull down window shades. The one let the light in without anybody seeing in and the othere was for bedtime. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are a great quick way to get in snd out."

"The location next to the convention center was ideal. The restaurant was great. We never got room service for three nights and the bed was too hard for my liking. "

"I was VERY dissatisfied with the cleanliness of our room. My bed was COVERED in brown stains.. the comforts, sheets and pillows! Absolutely DISGUSTING. There was crust and dirt everywhere. This place has clearly never been cleaned properly. Never staying here again. "

"Room was not ready at time of check in. We were told it would be ready within 30-40 minutes. An hour later when I asked again, we were told another 30-40 mins. We waited in the lobby for an hour and a half total with minimal explanation from staff. "
