"Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as...

"Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)"

"Well equiped studio flat in a convenient location. Could be cleaner, and the shower was a little tame. A few small improvements like a curtain/blind for the doors window and instructions for using the projector would have made the stay better. Having said that I’d consider staying again."

"Lovely stay lovely hosts, welcome chocolate and plenty of tea coffee hot choc even some biscuits.
Room looked newly renovated really comfortable bed all really clean
Pub next door was lovely and didn’t hear any noise from pub at night even with window open (room was at back of property) only seagulls
Definitely would stay again

"The bed was fine. It was a room only booking so no food was part of the stay.
The location was good, but a shame about the number of people who use the green space outside to smoke marijuana.
Ideal for a short stay, 1 or 2 nights, but not longer. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. The price was very good for pride weekend and for what I got. The room was so cosy and comfortable, the location suberb! I was so impressed with most things about the hotel. The only improvements would be the pressure of the shower and perhaps a new carpet as mine had a few stains on it. The check in was a bit awkward too with the digital code box not stated how to use on the check in email - we called and were guided through though. I would stay here again "

"It is a weird place the entrance to the hotel is that of a pub/disco club but you can access to the hotel itself only with your room key. Staff is really nice and helpful.
On Friday night we had a room on the 4th floor not to hear the noise but it is fun. Rooms small but comfortable bed and with everything you need. Mirrors on the bathroom heated so they don’t get foggy (a touch of class we thought) Abundant and nice breakfast. Excellent quality/price when in Brighton will definitely book back...

We have used this hotel several times before and never before encountering a stone wall and the rules being more important then the clients well being
However once he left the desk we were helped by a lady who put herself out and understood our predicament and was very accomadating
